Is it okay to ask for soy milk in your drink (at Dunkin Donuts) instead of regular milk, or is that rude?

Do they have soy milk anyways?

Perticularly for the Coolattas?

Anyways, how many calories would be in a 16floz Coolatta with Soy Milk (one with skim milk is 170 calories).

No, it's not rude, but keep in mind they may not have soy milk.

that's not rude at all, you are paying for it and  you are entitled to get what you want,i am not sure if they carry soy milk or not but you can ask for the lighter version

No problem! Remember you are the customer and you should be served as wish. Of course, it would be nice if you gave a decent tip to show appreciation for any trouble you may have caused.

It's not rude at all.  The next time you are bellied up to the counter, just ask them if they have soy milk.  If so, place your order.

ANY place u can have it ur way, THAT IS IF they hav soy milk - REMEMBER YOU are the customer, and it's THEIR job to make sure you're satisfied, if you're NOT don't pay for it, and if you hav already, COMPLAIN and say you want your money back...they WON'T want a scene and schould accomodate your request, or else you'll tell EVERYONE you know AND people you DON'T know about what happened at that particular location of Dunkin Donuts...ALL THE TIME I ask for a special order when I go for fast food, and I DON'T hesitate to send it back, NO MATTER HOW many times it comes back NOT the way I ordered it, and it HAS happened 3 or 4 times before IN A ROW...the ppl they hire around here for fast food, I SWEAR, They just DON'T think!!!  No, you're NOT being rude, the customer's ALWAYS right!!
