There are several bugs in my apartment including roaches, spiders, silverfish and fruit flies. Also I have a cat that travels in-and outdoors and while I haven't seen any fleas yet, I know it's only a matter of time. What's the best way to get rid of these pests? There aren't a lot of bugs but there are several different kinds. Is it okay to bug bomb an apartment? My next-door neighbor is afraid I'll poison everyone in the complex because our walls our so thin we can smell our neighbor's cooking or cigar smoke.

  1. I think it's fine.  You'd just have to get all of the food and soft things that kids play with and seal off all the vents.  It's a lot of work and lock your cat outside.  I'm don't remember the exact waiting period before going back inside.  Have you talked to your apartments manager about it yet?  They're supposed to do something about it.  Or what about those poision traps?

  2. Get the manager to call an exterminator our apartments got hit with these weavils that got into all our flour products.. so we had to dump just about anything flour, wheat or rice based.. then the guy came in and sprayed the whole complex at the same time.  Talk to the manager.. if everyone complains they will foot the bill even.

  3. Bengal spray kills all types of Bugs and has little odor! You can purchase it at an Ace Hardware store, just ask a sales person about it! The can has a Bengal Tigers picture on it! It has a money back guarantee and it works!
