i had this done to me by one of my cheerleader friends, and now at the beginning of practice, all of the girls ask me to "crack their backs"... my sister even asks me to crack her back daily and vice versa
(since i taught her how to do it).... basically what i do is have the person lay on their stomachs on the floor and put their arms by their sides, put their head on one side, relax their body and then i press down on the center of of their backs with both of my hands, going from their lower back to near their necks.... my sister and i also discovered a way to "crack our tailbones"....one person lays on their stomachs on the couch and then the other person basically sits on their butt, and it cracks.....i know it's weird, but we came up with all this when we were really bored!
so tell me, is this okay to do, or will it damage our bodies in any way?
