Is it okay to cut your own split ends?

I have professional hair cutting scissors and I need to know whether or not it's okay for me to cut my own split ends or not. Have you done it before or still do?

as long as you know what your doing yea but if you have no idea where to cut then i suggest you go to youtube or something so you can see how its done good luck !! :)

you should, and if you want your hair to be healthy, you should get a regular trim, especially if you're gonna grow it long..oh and for extra shine, or over processed hair, massage olive or mustard seed oil into your scalp for atleast 2 hours, once every week..instant shine, and less split ends or breakage

When I see one, I'll cut it. It's best to get them while they are still small.
