Is it okay to die my hair if I have ?

I want to color my hair tonight but i have never done it after i have been somewhere that it got wet with water that has chlorine i wasn't swimming but it did get wet.

Yes, wash the chlorine from your hair and wait until your hair dries to apply the dye.

wash the chlorine out tonight, dry your hair, then dye it tomorrow. That would be the best way to do it. I definitely wouldn't suggest using dye while chlorine is still in your hair.
