Is it okay to drink a glass of wine after 3 Aleve gel tablets?

Yes.  'A' glass of wine is alright.

You won't die today, but it is bad for your liver (Id have a drink tonight and not make it a habit).  I only take Ibuprofin.  Anyone who drinks 3 or more drinks a week should take Ibuprofin for pain to avoid this risk (Tylenol is the worst for this).  Hope this helps.  :)
