Yes it is perfectly fine as long as you dont dye your hair too much and my advice dont keep dying your hair because when you do your hair gets weaker and goes nasty like thin and dull. x

It depends are you going to dye it the same color or a way different color!

If you are going to dye it the same color it's fine!

But if your dying it a way different color that's not really good for your hair it can ruin your roots or torture your hair!

I thought you had to bleach it again . . . prior to the 2nd bleaching . . . but what do I know?
