I love them raw, much more than when they're cooked.

Can anything bad happen from eating like a bowl of them, besides probable gas?

  1. i love them too.but you have to stop eating too much of them.i had to stop i use to eat them everyday.but now i  eat them once every 2 weeks

  2. nope

  3. nope!

  4. No problem. Raw vegetarian food is plentiful and in some cases much more digestible than cooked.

Fresh corn off of the plant is creamy and sweet and ever so much more delicious than when it has had the sugars and starch changed with a cooking method. It is also bioavailable whereas cooked corn kernals tend to remain whole throughout the digestive process.

Enjoy your peas and don't worry about it.

  5. its probably not a good idea

  6. I love them and when I shell them for cooking more go down my gob than into the pot.

I also have them to munch on when having a beer. At the right time of year I will buy a small bag when I go for a walk, and eat them on the way home and keep the rest for later.

If I bought a whole lot, I would probably make myself sick.

  7. Yes, it's fine. You can eat them right off of the plant.
