Question:

Is it okay to feed fledgling omnivore baby minnows as a treat?

Okay then...I thought that would be enough info. I have a fledgling sparrow that I have been taking care of for about a week. I live near a creek and thought if I caught some baby minnows(1 inch) it would be a nice treat for him. Wouldn't the extra protein be good for him also? I am not saying I would make this it's primary food, just a treat.

  1. as far as I can see, nothing that you are doing is ok.   The story changes every time you tell it.  You said the bird was a starling a sparrow and a red wing black bird.  How can you take care of it if you dont know what it is?

    other peeps even told you it's against the law, but you dont listen to anyone.
