Question:

Is it okay to feed my cat popcorn?

i'm going to start a movie in a few minutes and watch it with my kitty. she's spending the night with me in my bedroom. she's not usually allowed in the house but hey, its friday. i'm about to make some popcorn (its the 94% fat free kind) so it has way less butter and salt than the normal stuff, but i still dont know if its alright to feed this to my cat. (she's 2 yrs old, idk if it matters)

a couple pieces is certainly fine, dont overdo it though/ i once left a bag of cheetos on the floor and my d**n cat ate the whole bag after i left the room for a couple hours, and nothing happened to him. i really wanted those cheetos too :(

Make sure none of the kennel husk is in the piece you give her. It could get stuck in her throat and make her choke.

Well, popcorn is not a recommended food for cats, but I wouldn't worry about if your is not allowed in the house. Cats get seriously injured and killed if allowed outside, so I don't see how a little corn will do much harm.

Your cat will probably not live long enough to be affected by the popcorn.

i assume it's ok if she doesn't eat too much of it. maybe a few popcorns, but no more than that, just to be on the safe side.

Only a few popcorns. And make sure you chew it for her before she eats it. Because we don't want lil miss kitty choking while you are watching a movie with her and spending some alone time with her do we now?

yes there food in a box is mostly corn anyway sad but true. easy on the salt though they cant sweat like us.Plenty of water other then that cool kitty lol
