Is it okay to fry Baby Carrots?

Question

I put butter and basil and baby carrots in a pan and put the heat on low. I'm checking on them every so often. Is this okay? Is there a better way without completely changing my pans? I don't want to dirty another pot or anything.

butter and rosemarys gd to  just rub the rosemary to get the oils out..

Oh, that sounds yummy. Sure you can fry. I fry shredded carrots with some chopped onion and chopped cabbage with some bacon grease and sprinkle with garlic powder. The sweetness of the carrots really comes out.

Nop ur way is perfect, i do it lyk that al the time

sure .. you can saute them.   It's  a lot easier to put them in a pan with about 1/4" water, cover with waxed paper, and microwave for about 3-4 min. though;  then add the butter, salt & basil.......
