Is it okay to get a mammogram while I have my period?

I don't see why not...but then again I'm not experienced. Call your doctor, they can and will give you the answer and won't tell anyone about your fears, everything you say is completely confidential. Never be afraid to ask your doctor anything especially when it comes to your good health!

That should cause no problems at all.  The only time a period would really interfere with a mammogram is if your b*****s are tender, and that is usually right before your period starts.  If your b*****s are tender, compression can be painful.

Um, you sure you don't mean paps mere. If paps mere I had to get exam cause I was having some bleeding problems and I felt really weird about it and felt nasty.
