Question:

Is it okay to get like, no excersise at all for one day of the week?

I'm at school monday-friday and there is usually Gym or Pool. I'm also on the swim team so sometimes I have practice after school or meets during school. On sunday I play ball hockey with my friends and I go to water Polo.

But most Saturdays I just play video games on go on the computer all day. Is this okay considering it's only one day?

  1. Yes, it is.  Most people consider that it is actually good to have a day of rest and recovery per week.


  2. You are active enough to allow your self a day off.

    It's healthy to work out but more healthy to let it rest sometimes.

    This is only my opinion...

    Have fun, I do the same - Sunday is TV DAY - ALL DAY!!!!

  4. woah you seem busy, absolutely you need that day off it helps recuperate your body and helps you recover otherwise you'll feel drained and never get rest, i highly reccommend that day off everyone needs it mine is sunday though.

  5. Depends how intense you want your swimming training to be. I don't take any days off, but it is fine to do so. Most people aren't half as active as you.

  6. Yes, it's good to take a break for a day, it won't kill you.

  7. yes don't worry about it play video games eat pizza drink some beer just don't overdo it give yourself that one day a week to just not worry about it
