  1. Yes, I had have success in the past in both tides. Best time to fish is when the water is starting to come in ,usually high tide.

  2. Yes.Flounder should be a bad idea. They don't come in during low tide.High tide at early hour.

  3. yes in fact as long as the tide is moving all tide heights are good it's when the tide slacks and stops moving the bite dies. consider this at low tide there are just as many fish packed into much less water! flounder will always lie facing the current so cast upstream and let it sink and come back to you but not past you. Also they will be on the shadow side of anything that can cause a shadow and they love drop offs, facing upstream on the down side of a drop off waiting there to pick off food as the swims by.  Use large white feather jigs and or live bait

  4. Totally ok to go at any tide, just remember to keep your baits (and lures) moving especially during the ebb tide. Go to this site and check out the free report. It's all about flounder fishing. www.flounderbytes.com

Don't forget the bug spray and hope you catch a doormat!

  5. It should be fine.  The water will be dirtier than normal but beyond that ok.  Let us know how you did.
