  7. yes

  8. Salam for you my dear friend. For greeting the coming of ramadan we usually say ramadan mubarak, ramadan kareem or marhaban ya ramadan or in Indonesian language selamat berpuasa or have a nice fasting. But for muslim to muslim we usually say please forgive my mistakes and faults because I want to fast during ramadan

  9. In most places, Ramadan is supposed a time of fasting and reflection, although it is a time of family togetherness. But having a "happy" Ramadan would actually be a bad thing. It would be like saying "Happy Lent" to a Catholic.

I'm not Muslim, but I looked for some greeting card companies... they are trying to sell Ramadan cards but it's usually stuff like "May his blessings be with you". I'm not sure it makes sense to say that if you're not a believer.
