is it okay to have 1 full scoop in the morning when i wake up, 1 before working out and 1 after so thats a total of 72g of protein within a day or is that too much? ill still be eating 6 small meals a day with whole foods and fruits and such. the whey isnt going to be the only thing i consume throughout the day. my aim here is that im starting up my workout routines, my healthy meal plan ( i dont like calling it a diet...), and my 8 hours of sleep. im trying to maximize my fat loss as much as i can and i think by having the supplement to these 3 times would help. ur opinions?

  2. Your question is impossible to answer directly.

It may be OK, it may not.  It depends on how good the rest of your diet is.   Protein won't directly help on the fat loss front and if you are trying to eat properly then I'd suggest something like this

Which is where I steer my members who are looking at this question. Protein contains calories, so if you have too much then the surplus will end up getting converted to fat, which you don't want!

  3. if your body can handle 3 scoops go for it!

    i can only handle 1 1/2 scoops a day.
