  1. no-even

once a day wouldn't either as long as you keep up with a good dental regime

  2. I love coffee, but it's not completely my friend.

When I drank coffee regularly I often got headaches and also heartburn.  Since I've stopped drinking coffee they both have gone away.  (By the way, I rarely had more than 2 cups a day.)

If you're going to drink it, buy whole beans and grind 'em yourself.  Otherwise, you may as well drink dish water.  But I'd consider staying away from it all together, it's just more healthy.  But there is the social pressure, isn't there....?

And yes, to answer your specific question, it will stain your teeth.

  15. Hey, Coffee is extremely addictive so I don't blame you. It's good you don't drink it very often because it's not so good for people around that age. No, it won't turn your teeth THAT yellow, but maybe put more milk in, don't make the coffee so strong , that way it's better for you and your teeth.

  16. Yeah everytime I drink coffee I notice a different in my shade of teeth, the coffee stains it. But once in a while shouldn't be bad if you brush them really well straight after, with a whitening toothpaste.  Other than that yeah coffee is definitley a big stainer to the teeth. = \

  17. Yes - actually coffee has several health benefits.  However, if you drink too much, the caffeine will cause an increased heart rate which, over time, can be harmful.  Check the following link under the section about "health and pharmacology"

  18. nope. once a DAY will turn ur teeth yellow

  19. No, I don't think it would affect you much at all, it would only affect you if you were to drink it frequently. I'd say your fine.

  20. Everything in moderation, you'll be fine.

  21. As an adult it's fine, but I really don't think young kids or teenagers need any caffeine because they are already full of energy.

You'll have plenty of coffee as an adult.  Stick to water and milk for now.
