Is it okay to have curd (yogurt) when having cold???

  3. It's better not to. Dairy products produce much thicker phlegm and will make you cough up more.  The sugar is also not amazing for your throat.  Hold off until you feel better.

  5. It is okay because yogurt has active cultures that are actually good for you.  Just remember also that with it being a 'milk' product it will also increase the amount of mucus you produce so it may make you cough or have more of a runny nose.

  6. No it makes your body produce more mucus which can be difficult to get out. Also you shold avoid 'cooling' foods such as babanas, cucumbers, watermelon. Spicy food is very good for you right now.
