Is it okay to have my g/f drive my car, which is insured?

Her name is not on the insurance, but my name is, and the car is insured. She is 21. And of course, she has a license.Is it illegal? Or is it just a matter of if we got into an accident, nothing would be paid for?

i agree u should check with your insurance first or if she has her own car jus add it 2 yours so that way half ur bill gets paid!!!!!

Double check with your insurance company, but it is probably okay.  Just, if you make a habit of it, get her on the insurance.

Check with your insurance company in some states anyone driving your car must be 25 yrs old to be covered.and if they have a wreck you are still responsible.check your state insurance laws.
