  2. more than ok, its better although i would recommend norton or PCcillin but yes, they wont block each other out and the only thing it can do is help

Yes it is okay.  Spybot is really behind the times when it comes to spyware technology and I would recommend that you install the free version of Superantispyware.  This software will find viruses, worms, keyloggers, adware, dialers, malware, etc. etc. with no conflict to your own antiviurs.  http://www.superantispyware.com  Update and run and in depth scan.  Free you must update daily on a  manual basis or purchase and get auto. updates.

  4. Yes, because they are designed to do different things... Spybot is for spyware/adware, Kaspersky is an anti-virus.
