No it's not. And they have ways of checking your age. Try craigslist. They don't ask for your age.

you will get into so much trouble

just have your parents sell them for you

tell them you'll write the add take the picture pay for the fee go to the post office wrap and package them and pay for shipping and handling

you can always sell it to your friends.

for a couple of pounds rather than sell it on ebay.

I sell my items for my friends only 10 to 20p each. Really good quality items i brought from shop £10 and over.

It is never okay to lie.  Could you use mom or dads name to sell the cards?  If caught, it could cause you problems.

You know, when someone lies nothing is ok, the best thing u can do to avoid future problems is to ask someone older and who u can trust (for example parents, brother, etc) to represent you on ebay, so u can do your business... that's the best choice..

It is never ok to lie about any age that you are not and say you are.

The internet has no visable means to ascertain if you are or are not but if caught the liability far outweighs the gain.

Also bear in mind, the recent flap about e bay not screening the merchandise it offers, as a true or imitation product, this was about 3 mo ago, then a lawsuit by merchants in Paris and other Euro states?

Do you not think e bay may be under scurtiny and checks?
