But If you are inquiring with regard to licensing (in the UK countries): individuals can listen to a radio at work, but my understanding is that you cannot broadcast to an entire office without paying royalties and/or taxes. A similar situation applies in the US.

have to remember, you only get FM. AM is not very well received in a building. volume real low.

Yes, as long as you keep it at an appropriate volume so that you do not disturb the others around your office.
