Each morning I try to blend and drink the juice of a lemon, celery and a tomato. The thing is, I wake up at about 5 or 6 am so I am getting complaints by my neighbor that my juicer is too loud. So.. I was thinking about preparing the juice before I go to sleep, refrigerating and then drinking in the morning.But I am concerned that leaving a juice this long will reduce the medicinal properties of the fresh ingredients and/or be unhealthy. Any expert help? Thanks!
