Is it okay to meet new people on Craigslist (women basically)?

I tend to be a loner but I really enjoy being alone. I have a few friends i hang out with but I really enjoy being with women. It doesn't mean sexually because that gets old. I mean genuinely just being friends. Is it okay to look for them on craigslist or do I sound like too much of a loser?

internet dating is stupid and scummey.  if you want to meet real women get off ur fat butt and go to a night club or something.  GAWD!!!   girls like real men, not computer geeks!!!!

Don't feel bad about the attitudes on this forum.

You'll get split 50/50 on this one, because people are weird and don't really open their minds to alternative forms of meeting people.

As long as you don't build "online relationships" and you actually seek these women to meet them later (sooner rather than later, hopefully) in the real world to hang out, like one of your answers says, you're only a loser if you feel like a loser.

Who the h**l cares what anybody else thinks?

Besides, the girl you find on Craigslist is ALSO looking for a guy on Craigslist.  So who cares?
