  1. first you have to prove that  he asked more than mrp so just ask for a bill and take that to a consumer forum and make a complaint about each and every word he told you and also complain that he hurted your feelings by laughing and he laughed  and Qed the law when you enquired about it

  2. lodge complain ,,evevn a rupee taken extra,,

  3. u r right, u dont have to pay a single penny extra for cooling. why did u pay extra to the shopkeeper. u should have given the bottles back to the stupid and dishonest shopkeeper and bought from some one else.

  4. This is cheating, however after paying him Rs. 46 u could obtained the receipt/cash memo then shopkeeper could have been pulled up in consumer court. The MRP is included everything including shopkeeper margin.

  5. That's ridiculous.  I would have returned the drink and I would never go back to that store.  It's a scam made up to cheat customers

  6. Consumer forum cannot accept any complaint without a receipt.

The shop keepers usually charge a rupee or two more because it is the thirst time in summer and people did not bother to pay a little more in remote locations for a soft cold drink.

Generally no one charges a higher price in a good departmental stores or in  a crowded shopping areas due to competition.  In a remote place where you have to walk a 100 metres to fetch a drink this usually happens.

You may approach a forum, but you will catch a rat after digging the hill, which is not worth.
