Is it okay to post on a blog, a quote from Yahoo Groups?

Question

There is a quote on a blog where a dog trainer says she would rather have an aggressive dog put to sleep then have him/her trained by a certain method. I don't want to post the whole thing to my blog, but I would like to post that quote. Is that no allowable under Yahoo TOS?
