Is it okay to put eyeliner and mascara together?

i dunno but i put way to put makeup on my eye, i plan on putting eyeliner the color of Ash and black mascara

is eyeshadow necessary

yes you can, i always do.

i dont use eyeshadow, but you can if you want to.

you can and it ist but it puts a new touch on it but no really funky colors it looks really kiddinsh
