occassionally rinse out your contact case with water, just for purposes of cleaning, if there's alot of dirt in it? Or will the water come into contact with your lenses? Even its dried out?

  1. No, tap water is not good for contact lens cases.  Rinse the case out with contact solution, and if it's really dirty, get a new one.  Contact solution should be changed every day and the case left to air dry during the day.  Get a new case every three months.


  2. Yes you can thats what you are suppose to do. you have to clean your case from time to time. Its good that you do it. Its water it never harmed anyone before dont worry about it. I do it all the tim eheheh

  3. I rinse my case with water all the time. You mean I am not supposed to? I have been wearing contacts for about 21 years and have always rinsed it with only water!
