Okay, well I am a girl and I was wondering if i could use Personna El Perfilador Eyebrow Shaper to shave all excess hair off my face.

If i do, will it grow back thicker?

  1. Shaving makes it come back even worse. Plucking is fine, though. Try waxing, it doesn't cost much.
