Is it okay to shop at plato's closet?

this is the first time I went today and I found this abercrombie shirt that I really liked. My friends liked it so much that they asked where I got it from, and after I told them they laughed at me. I feel ashamed. Should I feel this way? I like their clothes..

does anyone else here shop at plato's closet?

i love platos closet. you get great deals without spending alot of money. you can just tell ppl that you got the clothes at abercrombie. your friends wouldnt laugh at you if they were really your friends.

plus who is dumb enough not to notice when theres a moose or not on the bottom of your shirt?

Just be yourself, do what you want to do, and who cares about what others think.. Let him laugh.. You came out of there with a cool shirt.

The stuff people donate there are gently used..

I don't think your should be ashamed of shopping at a place like that . My aunt found a Channel purse , and a Louis Vuitton sweater at a resale shop . Those kind of places have really good deals , take your friends , and they will probably find something they like.

Fashion is not about where you get it from...its what looks good. Obviously they liked ur shirt so don't feel ashame. I would still shop there if I was you. I don't shop at Plato's closet though.

i have been in there a few times but 2 survive in middle school, high school (I'm guessing) Don't tell people try to be aloof say that you don't remember it was a gift or say you just found it in the back of your closet.

But it sounds like you have some superficial friends maybe you would like to look 4 some who care about you and no so much about where you shop?
