  3. There is nothing wrong from taking a two day break. Its actually good, because it allows your muscles time to rest and develop.

Actually, many weight lifters sleep after a hard workout because rest really boosts the development of muscles.

  4. There's nothing wrong with taking 2 days off from exercise as long as you're not pigging out during those 2 days. As long as you keep on the right 1200-1500 calorie diet (Or whatever you've been doing) you'll be fine, Just keep it healthy.

Taking some time off is actually better in most cases, especially when you're doing intense muscle building situations, because when you give your muscles some relaxation you actually are doing more for yourself rather than going non stop.

  5. yeah it's fine to miss a couple days, you shouldn't try to make up for it because you run the risk of over exerting yourself and possibly injuring yourself.  It all varies for everyone based on how much you currently workout each week and what your workouts are like.  If you do different body parts each day then just do your next workout as if nothing happened and do what you missed the next days after that.  If you do full-body workouts then you can't really make up for that too much.  But it's only two days, not that big of a deal, if it's over a week or 2 then you'll notice strength and muscle loss.  haha and yeah you can use fitness bands for deadlifts i guess, it's a good way to start out but you'll want to do free weights pretty soon.
