Is it okay to take a tylenol pm at this hour?

its 12 here and i'm not really tired but i have to get up early.. only reason i would like to take it is because i know i will not be able to sleep

Yes go ahead and take it you will be fine.  It not called PM for nothing.

Sure is, unless you have to get up in 4 or 5 hours, it will still be effecting you. You need to take those at around 10 pm.

It only takes like 6 hours to sleep them off,I take them all the time. Goodnight.

My prescription sleeping pills make me sleep for about 8 hours,if Tylenol PM were as good as those,they wouldn't need to make the prescription strength ones.
