  1. There can be interactions, so it's best to do some research before combining them.

In general, instead of popping lots of supplements, it's best to get one's vitamins, nutrients, and such from food. Food contains the most natural and purest forms of these substances. There are interactions among the various compounds in food that simply don't occur when they are extracted, lyophilized, and stored on a shelf for months.

    Just something to consider.

  2. Absolutely! As long as they don't interfere with each other (which is rare with supplements, even herbs) and as long as you're not taking any drugs that would have any problem with the herbs, there is no problem whatsoever.

Heck, we've got customers that have told me they take 80-100 supplements a day.... granted, that's overkill, but still. Most of our customers take at least 5-10 supplements a day, so you should have no problem. Feel free to E-mail me if you have any questions.

  3. I probably take 10 to 12 a day, but I try to space them out, throughout the day to work more effectively.  It's completely safe.  Just be sure to check any drug interactions if you are taking any prescription drugs with the herbs.

  4. Yes, but it depends on what herbal supplements you're wanting to combine, what if any medication you're already on, etc.
