No, it is not OK. You should use the translation. Even most commonly spoken English words are discouraged in Urdu essays. Essay writing in schools have two objectives (1) to teach the student creative writing (2) to improve student's vocabulary. Many non-English speaking countries have been affected by English's bad influence making the people partially bilingual. Many cannot use either language in its pure form and have to rely on a mixture of two languages, native and English, which essentially makes it an entirely different dialect.

An essay should be pure in language whether it is Urdu or English, and one should avoid unnecessary borrowing of foreign words into the language unless literal quotations of sounds of words are required.
