  1. That is such a low prescription.  If I had that prescription, I would only wear them when I absolutely needed to see a distant object.  You will likely pass a driver's without glasses with that prescription.

    Good Luck

I hope your vision returns to normal in the future.

  2. Wearing or not wearing glasses has no real impact on your vision. I was prescribed glasses when I was 13, when my vision was reduced to 20/80, but didn't start wearing glasses regularly until my vision became 20/200. I still only wear them 75% of the time.

  3. Move your interest through what you see from smaller detail to smaller detail in a connect the dot fashion.

People with minor blur can recognise the meaning of this statement and often go back to natural clarity fairly easily. People with stronger blur will no longer recognise these principles without more extensive unlearning of the incorrect vision habits and relearning of the correct vision behaviors.

Our vision gets worse during stressful times with the help of artificial corrections(glasses, contacts, surgery). Don't let thes stress of life settle into your eyes and be locked in by stronger and stronger artificial corrections.

Nutrition is very important, but wont change the way we use our eyes. Avoid eye exercises(eye pushups, eye aerobics, eye yoga), they will not change the way we use our eyes either and are a huge waste of time.
