Is it okay to wear a black dress to a wedding?? ?

yeah it is u can wear a tank top and a t shirt if u want the only reason people oppose it is because its a tradition to wear white because white is saying your happy and black is sad

NIGHT OR DAY, never wear solid black. if its black with like pink roses then thats fine, but not like a "little" black dress". thats plain mean

Don't wear white esp though. And black is a little downing. No one else will be wearing black. How about buy a cute skirt and shirt in pink, green, or blue if you aren't girly.

well, black to a wedding is considored like you dont want the marriage to happen, its soposed to be no black at a wedding

If it's a night, sure. Anything except white (or other light colors like beige, champagne, ect).

If it's during the day, you may want to go with a lighter/brighter color.

If it's at night, and it's a formal wedding, then yes. For daytime, black can look a little too funeral.
