Is it okay to wear a pad when cheerleading?

Okay. I wore one once while cheerleading, but when my male partner lifted me up and put his hand on my butt to balance me, he felt the pad, accidentally moved it, and I was so embarrassed. But every time I wear a tampon, I get an allergic reaction. What now?

ya know jsut in case, because pads aren't too reliable and if something happened that would be major embarrassment!

yes i think it's ok to wear one only if your on your on your period but just make sure you change it quickly

You still may be able to wear a tampon. Natracare makes an organic tampon that is made without bleaching and other chemicals. Look around at local drug stores (like Walgreens) or large retailors (like Walmart) for other brands that may be available.

Yes but for comfort and to stop embarrassing leaks it is best to wear a Tampon such as Tampax Sports

try organic tampons i know it sounds silly but my friend has the same problem...i mean allergic reaction not the man cheerleader feeling ur pad lol
