Is it okay to wear eyeliner only on the top of your eyelid?

Of course! I like it better than putting on the bottom. For the day, I usually just wear a chocolate brown eye liner on the top of my eyelid with subtle eyeshadows.

most people wear eyeliner on the inside of their eyelid but the outside is good too.

Of course. Watch that movie "That thing you do" with Liv Tyler. Her eye makeup when she's going through the pictures is what got me doing that.

Sure...it's a pain to line your entire eye all the time.

yes! but don't put a lot on. you want it to be a thin line, as close to your eyelashes as possible. try to make it very thin, as it looks strange when girls do it thick. i would start with a liquid eyeliner if i was you, as it's easier to draw a straight line with, but it can be hard to get it thin using liquid products. if you use a pencil, make sure you get the push-up kind, and not the kind you shave. it's a much smoother quality, and easier to use!

Of course! It's a very classic look that is also quite natural and always looks beautiful, just as long as the line isn't very thick. I do it all the time :)
