  1. NO ITS NOT OK FOOL

  2. too much of anything isnt good to much water is bad for you but they do need there rest

  3. yes but if you are over 18 do not get under a 115 pounds

  4. man take it easy after a little while it will all catch up with you and you'll start moaning from pain

  5. It is a good idea to leave it for one day, when you exercise lactic acid builds up in your muscles and erodes bits of them away, you need to leave them for a day so that the lactic acid levels can drop and the muscle can grow back.

The the following day you muscles will be slightly bigger (it is a slow process) and since the lactic acid levels will have dropped it will take more work for the acid to build up. If you do them everyday then the muscles will not be properly rested and the lactic acid levels will still be higher than they would be if you let them rested to they won't be able to do as well as if they had been rested.

Also muscles do have memory, that is why it is wise to vary you exercises between days, your muscles will remember the way that you moves and do those push up and sit ups making them "easier" because your body is always learning ways to conserve energy like any other animals does. This is probably why your muscles aren't sore because they have learnt how to make the exercises easier to do, so you aren't doing as much work.

You may also cause rips or tears in you muscles without realises until a later stage when it comes to "weight lifting" exercises such as these. Just try to pace yourself. You could actually speak to someone like a physothearpist or a trainer because they have would have extensive knowlegde of the muscles in your body.

I myself am a trainer and have always made sure to leave a day between weight lifting exercises, and have told people that it is wise to do so also. With things such as Cardiovasular exercise you should do these everyday that is fine but weight lifting you need breaks from.

So vary and taking breaks between doing those exercises will increase the results you will see.

You can do these everyday just don't do so many, try doing the full lot one day then the second day do half this way the muscles can heal but you are keeping them stretched and ready for the next day.

And since you are training for boot camp, don't overstrain yourself because boot camps are harsh and proabably won't allow you to take a daily break from these exercises so lessen you chances of exercise by letting them be well healed as well, as being well trained.

  6. no its not ur useing ur body to much at a time u  work out a limet of 4 days a week.

  7. Yes..apparently it's good for you.

  8. of course it is! you should give yourself a rest but when I was at bootcamp we never got a day off from exercise and I felt great!

  9. its called overtraining noob

  10. Jeez that's a lot! It should be okay but if it were me i would give my body a break every couple of days.

    Hope this helps!

  11. as long as your not working out the same body parts, its ok to run everyday but when it comes to free weights you should give every muscle group edleast 24 hours to rest.

  12. There is some debate around this issue.  As far as the Pectoral muscles used in push-ups, it is commonly held that you should not work these muscles everyday.  Most body-building routines will have you rotate muscle groups in order to maintain a 5-7 day a week workout plan without destroying any particular muscle group.

However, it is believed that the abdominal muscles used in crunches and sit-ups are a different "type" of muscle (A fast-twitch) muscle.  It is said that, as we use these muscles constantly to balance / walk / sit properly it is acceptable to work them daily - so long as you aren't using more than your body weight.

If you are not noticing pulled, overly worked muscles or cramps and pain then you should be fine.  However, based on the numbers you presented, I may suggest working on your push-up form more than your numbers.  And if you're concerned, but would like to continue to workout every day, diversify.  It sounds like a gym / free-weights aren't your thing.. So run every other day.. or squat thrusts or other natural resistance exercises to give your pecs and abs a break.

If you can do 300 consecutive push-ups with your chest touching the ground at the mid-point of each... You shouldn't be asking Yahoo about health advise but giving it :P

  13. Don't lift weights every day, it's healthy to run/walk every day, push ups and crunches... Well you're not supposed to every day but usually if you do them correctly it's not a big deal.

  14. yes it is fine. But at times you do work out to touch your limits, it is advisable to take a day break.

  15. yeah trainers usually suggest skipping a day in between because even if you dont feel the soreness your muscles are still ripped and need to heal. try doing the pushups one day and crunches the next. they are different muscle groups so you should be fine. good luck!

  16. It is okay to work out everyday. But to how much you work out depends on your height, weight and also age. And also depends on if you get tired easily or not.

  17. I think as long as you are not sore it is fine.

  18. hi i know i have the same problem i feel fine the next day but feel like i need to do more your muscles do definately need time to grow so i would recommend a day for full rest and also sleep for more than 8 hours will help a lot if possible. hope this helps =)

  19. No. Your muscles DO need time to relax and recharge.

  20. You should do it every other day so your muscles have time to develop.

  21. Well if you arn't getting enough pain do more sit ups and crunches, you have to do more crucnhes anyway to feel the impact. If you then get the pain the next day or late then have 1 or 2 days rest and dont go eeating junk then go back to abs again.

  22. If you are not sore you are not doing them right,

  23. gosh you like to work now dont you i wouldnt say its bad to work out becuase its taotally healthy but not every day maybe 4 times a week remember you dont want to end up workin g every and dying the last day your muscles are tired i mean isnt that how bruce lee died?

  24. but what about athletes? they train everyday

  25. you feel okay and stuff but you dont realize you are hurting yourself.

your making tiny rips in your muscle and it will really hurt and you will regret it when you damage your body permentaly

  26. Well, you should wait every other day.

  27. people have told me this as well because also it somehow helps you loose more weight but i don't do that and i'm loosing weight so i think your fine
