If yes, could I organize a high school club for mature students to take monthly trips to sit in on local cases?

  1. Well, if you're in America, then yes, you can.  I've done it before.  Interesting.


  2. Sure. Most jurisdictions permit it. You might want to contact the clerk of the court. Many times they will send you a schedule of cases to be heard in the next thirty days.
