Is it politically incorrect to say that obama is smarter than McCain?

They are being prejudice/racist and judging by the color of skin, rather than the content of Obama's character. Lifes experiences are different for everyone. People gain certain knowledge about certain things, at different stages in thier lives.

McCain seems really boring, unhappy, and as though he doesnt really care. It appears to me as though he is just there, and doesnt care what happens. In general, he seems very lonely and miserable.

Obama appears as though he wants to take action and make a change for the better. He also shows that the unity of a family is very important. I can tell he is passionate about certain things, because he mentions with pride/honor. These days these characteristics are important, since not everyone possesses these qualities and standards.

I have no idea who has the higher IQ and it really doesn't matter to me. The differences in their stated policies has decided my vote. This isn't Jeopardy, it is for who is best for my Country.

They are both equally intelligent men. However, McCain uses his intelligence for stupid things like continuing the Iraq war. Obama uses his intelligence for health care and stopping the war.

how do you know that your friends actually do think that McCain is smarter and aren't being racist.  Plus I don't like Obama and i don't support his ideas , and my best friend is African American, and obama supporters still think i am racist. So i wouldn't be calling my friends racist. Besides how would you even know who is smarter, have you seen their iq.

Obama has a higher educational level than McCain, but that doesn't always translate into "smarter."

My opinion:  McCain is probably wiser, but book smarts go to Obama.

Both candidates also are light on their science/math/economic knowledge..and rely on summarys or someone elses interpretation of the "science/scientific study".

Both fail to verify that the source is NOT funded or employed by those seeking $$$from congress  (aka the green/alt. energy crowd clamoring for billions to FUND their start-ups.

Changing wind patterns (wind farms) water flows, agricultural usage ,etc all have the potential to alter the land and the atmosphere.

---Smart and racist don't relate..People are known by what they say and whether they can respond honestly...(like ..I don't know,).Politicians tend to misdirect,change the subject or declare they have a plan (then get someone to make suggestions or give opinions.). When individuals dont know very few actually take the time to learn...Its easier to take a soundbite or simply say ..I heard/read this ....If challenged then they are unable to remember the source or declare that perhaps they got "bad"info.
