I am not in the business, sorry, but I read once a quote from a young entrepreneur that if you have something to sell, you will have buyers! I believe a cart in a mall would be more expensive than renting space in a car boot sale, which you might consider first, to see how things go. This is the run-up to Christmas now so I think you've picked the right time to go into business! - After sunglasses, try seasonal goods - winter scarves and gloves and hats, Christmas decorations, etc.....
