  1. Electrolyte can induce lots of peeing and loss of water from the body. It will affect the kidney over a period of time and Wham Bam Thank You Mam you will be seven feet deep under the soil. FATAL if overconsumed. Read the back of the can for your recommended intake

  2. uhmmm, u know that ban some states have... where its against the law to buy energy drinks if your under 18...

well, theres a reason for it.

    :/

  3. Energy drinks are not designed for kids in the first place. Manufacturers do not recommend them for kids. They also do not recommend having more than 2 in a day. Even the healthy energy drinks.

Most energy drinks are nothing more than suped up sodas. They have extra caffeine and sugar and some have other ingredients like taurine and gurana. Many of the enery drinks are in the larger cans now too which actually means it is 2 drinks. Too much of this, especially in a short time will be bad for you.

I don't know how easy it will be for a death to occur but it also is far from impossible too. That much sugar and caffeine alone can cause heart, nerve, and brain problems. Even if only temporary I think it will be very unpleasant.

Since the water in them runs through your system much quicker the caffein left behind will dehydrate you. This will cause headahes and even other muscle aches and pains. It will also cause you to become very tired and run down, both mentially and physically.

  4. It's possible to pass out and go unconscious from having wayy to many energy drinks.

Just make sure that you don't exercise the days you have your "energy pong" because you'll dehydrate and most likely pass out/possibly die.

Also drink lots of water whenever you can to replenish the lost water.

I know I sound like a dork, but I drink Red Bulls like no other, so I know >_<

Ohhh. And if you guys ever get to exotic and if you ever bring alcohol, don't EVER drink it with energy drinks. Energy drinks + Alcohol = dangerous. Energy drinks thin your veins, which alcohol slows you're blood, so you'll most likely die.

  5. Don't think so you might crash hard but you should only drink 1 a day its not healthy to drink that much.

  6. Yes!!!!!  It defiantly will especially at your young age.  It can make you jittery, unable to sleep, make your heart race, blood pressure raise, feel shaky, unable to think clearly,  You can crash when it wares off and then you will feel very tired, weak and unable to move.  Not good for your young hearts and kidneys to take.  Your body systems to go from one state to the other so fast. If you have health problems already it can make them worse. Obviously you guys do it because you feel a rush and the energy you get.  You also can get addicted to the feeling and want it all the time and that can lead to trying other things. Find something else to do.  I do not want to sound like a bore but play video games,  Exercise! Play sports, watch movies, Internet anything but that!! Get into something positive that can make you feel good.  BE CAREFUL!!!

  7. yes.

  8. Well yeah! If you're talking about red bull or V....read the back of the can. It will tell you how many you should drink in a day. I would stop if I were you. Too much can cause heart problems! and.....heart problems could potentially be fatal!
