Is it posible to renew my expired student visa after 2 years ?

i came in usa at 16 years old with f1 visa as student, that was 2 years ago, my visa expired 1.6 year ago. now i'm 18 years old. i studied 1 year in college. my contract with college was for 1 year. i forgot to go back to my country after college, i got a job and made some money in this time. now i want to go to college to finish my second year, i have enough money now to pay for it but my visa expired. i really like usa. is there any chance to attend to a college or at least getting legal ?

  1. You will have to go back to your own country and apply all over again for a student visa.  Because you 'forgot' to renew it, I doubt that it will be granted.


  2. If your student visa expried as you have stated then you are in the country illegally and it is very unlikely that you will be allowed to stay legally in the US.

  3. If your student visa expired over two years ago and you did not apply for the correct work visa then you are illegal and have no right to live or work in the US. You will find when you reapply for a student visa it will be denied because you 'forgot to go back' to your country.

    Also your employer if caught will face fines for employing an illegal.
