or is it old dogs new tricks'_~if it helps.i use to do cart wheels and tumbles up to a few years back.so is it possible to still retain the same level of agility.you know like riding a bike you never forget no matter how long it's been.back then i didn't have as high a threshold on pain as i do now.and so that's the reason i've only recently started thinking about it again. "though i am self conscious about it."and vary much like to learn it within the comfort of my own privacy.so is it possible to do that.yes or no. and any advice would be appriciated
