is it possable for some one to "give you a child ?? if they are considering adoption or something like that ?? i was just woundering

You can never "Give" a child to anyone because we don't own children.  People choose to place their child with others to raise as their children.  You can go through private adoptions or agencies.  You can have a closed, open, semi open adoption.  There are myriad ways to do it so that you feel comfortable with your decision.  There are books that you can get references, lots of sources online, and if you know people who have gone through the process, talk to them about their journey.

Yes, it's called a private adoption, which is not done through the state authority or adoption agencies. You each need a lawyer to draw up the papers and a court date for the judge to make the whole thing official.
