Is it possable to edit the 'auto date'. so that it will auto insert the date of the week commencing?

i need to make an word document of my time sheet (to log my hours worked). one of the sectons to fill in says 'week commencing'. So in here i need to put monday's date for the week worked. is there a way to automatical do this in word?

Unfortunately, MS Word has virtually no date handling built in. I've seen some complex code that does something along those lines, but I don't recommend it to anyone. Still, I've attached the link to it.
