Is it possable to rent out a park???

Where I live, you can host a function at a park, and reserve an area, but you cannot rent out the entire park.  Also, just because you reserve an area doesn't mean the public can't just walk through -- they can.  Usually what you are reserving is a pavillion with tables and cooking facilities.

In my City you can reserve parts of city parks.  You can even reserve (for a fee) a private time all for your private party at a swimming pool.

You will need to call the government that owns the park and ask them what they will allow.
