Is it possiable to save a PS3 games onto the PS3 HDD?

Is it possiable to save a PS3 games onto the PS3 Hard drive so you dont need to use the disc every time u want to play the game?

No it's not possible for the games that u buy them from stores on Blu-Ray. if it was possible,so people should be crazy to buy the games themeselves! however,downloaded games from PS store can be saved on your PS3 HDD.

some games like Metal Gear Solid 4 needs to be installed to your HDD but it doesn't mean that u can play it without inserting the original disc.
