If so How? Can a 'layman' consider the prospect, or is it a too highly specialised process?

  1. Since paper is made up of cellulose and cellulose is what most of the horse manure is, then it can be formed into paper.

The horse did most of the digestion so you don't need to use chemicals to separate the fibers. What you do need to do is wash the horse manure then soak it in bleach to remove most of the chlorophyll.

You can make a framed screen for molding; the finer the mesh, the better. You would also need a binder to make the fibers adhere to each other.

  2. yes.
